Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me with a few questions regarding real estate EV charging?

Would EV charging through an Real Estate Business be beneficial to the real estate business? And would it increase their revenue? What would the main problems be in implementing charging solutions in their properties?

Any information on this topic or anything related would be gratefully received!

I'd suggest that it will become expected in a few years time, much in the way that a "broadband" connection has this century. Currently it is a bit niche - the penetration of EVs is low but growing quickly - and is very restricted to certain markets. Whether your business trades with a similar demographic only you would know - for example if you mainly trade with DSS tenants I'd suggest not, but with older relatively wealthy tenants then probably.

I think that adding EV charging stations to real estate could be a game-changer. It appeals to the eco-conscious market segment, potentially boosting property appeal and rental income. Yet, it's not without hurdles.  Installation costs, space requirements, and ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure are key considerations. Speaking of real estate,  I've been mulling over selling my place and came across this cash buying company. Their straightforward approach seems promising for a stress-free sale. Might be worth a closer look.
