Oxwall Chat Installation Instructions
 
Oxwall Chat Plugin by Chatwee is a great way to stimulate growth of your online community. Before you proceed with the chat installation, we suggest you sign up for an account with us first. It’s absolutely free, and you’ll need access to certain details inside in order to complete the installation.
 
1. Log in to your Oxwall Control Panel and go to the Admin Dashboard.
2. Once there, go to Plugins > Add New. Click Browse to select the previously downloaded file. Hit Upload.
3. Next, fill in your FTP details. 
4. A message confirming that the chat widget has been installed should appear. Now, head over to Available Plugins. Find Chatwee and click the Install button to finish the process.
5. Next, go to Installed Plugins, locate Chatwee and click the Settings button. 
6. Paste the chat installation code from your Chatwee Dashboard in and click Save. 
 
There you have it - a live chat widget to enhance your Oxwall site with a real time interaction feature. Keep it social and let your website visitors hold private, group, and public chats, including rich media and emoji.

NOTE: The chat installation code is available to every Chatwee account holder in their Dashboard. chatID and API key can also be obtained in Dashboard, however, only the Pro and Ultimate plan subsctibers have access to them. Keep in mind Chatwee offers free trials of all the plans to anyone who applies.
