Please do not forgot to set permissions for roles under admin -> users -> user roles

from top to bottom


first checkmark  can add and see plugin - if not checked noone can see plugin not even admin
this also means that everyone can just see their own files.  Admin sees everything regardless as long as this is checked.


second checkmark can view everyones files but cannot not open them


third checkmark  can both download, open, and deleted all files from anyone.
