Terms and Condtions When you purchased our Products and Services you hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions. FTP credentials. Website admin access. Website URL. 2. That you are required to make a full back of your website before we begin our work. 3. That you will not in any way share or distribute our custom scripts. 4. That we will maintain the ownership of the software thus giving us the privilege to resell the work in the market. 5. In case that you want to have sole ownership of the product, additional fee of $75.00 will be charged to you and in this matter it is our duty that we do not resell your custom software in the market. 6. For software integration. We will not reinstall the integration for free under the following circumstances. Server, hardware malfunction. When your website got infected by malware and infected our scripts. In any case it requires the integration to be reinstalled from scratch we do charge half of the amount of the product cost. 7. We are not liable for any bugs associated and related to the scripts used in the integration or customization. Such as, Oxwall bugs. 8. For software integration, it only covers what is stated in the product description as advertised in the market. Any additional work you require will be charged on top of the product cost or we have the right not to accept the additional work. 9. You will be given 1 week to test the integration or custom work. 10. For Instantly Downloadable products, you are not allowed to share or install the product/s on websites not owned by you and is a violation of our Intellectual Property Rights. After Sales Support 1. We have a dedicated email to address any software related issues, kindly email us your concerns at support@app-arsenal.com. 2. Give us atleast 24 hours to reply to your tickets. We will try to answer all your concerns as soon as possible but the different time zones we have can cause small delay. We are at Philippine Time Zone (UTC+08:00). 3. Both Free and Commercial plugins are entitled for support. 4. Support will be discussed if cause of the software failure is (You modified our scripts without our concensus). This kind of issue will be dealt with accordingly depending on the amount of the damaged caused by as mentioned. Refund Policy 1. In any case we did not complete the integration or custom work from the agreed time frame. We are obligated to return your money. 2. We are not obliged to return your money in the event that you continue to add features or functionality beyond the agreed scope of tasks and is the cause of the project delay. 3. For Ready to Use Downloadable Plugins and Themes all purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE.
