THIS Terms Of Use AGREEMENT for Internet Of Things Plug-in ("this
Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an
individual, a firm or a single entity) and MakersLovers Team 
for Internet Of Things Plug-in (the
"IOT Plug-In"). 

IMPORTANT : By installing, copying, downloading, accessing,
or otherwise using the IOT Plug-In, you agree to be bound by
the terms and conditions of this Agreement (first and following agrement in 1 to 4 points) and the Oxwall Foundation terms on 
http://www.oxwall.org/store/terms (second).

If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this two Agreements, do not
install or use this plug-in.

1. Definition of Term
IOT Plug-In include computer programs, associated media, printed materials and online electronic documentation of makerslovers.com 
that preserves the full intellectual property.

2. Intellectual Property Rights
MakersLovers.com owns copyrights or applicable rights to
intellectual property with respect to IOT Plugin. Subject
to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, MakersLovers.com
grants you a nonexclusive license to use, copy, and
distribute IOT Plugin, and to modify the source codes in IOT Plug-in. 
No copyrights or applicable rights to
intellectual property with respect to the IOT Plugin hereunder
may be transferred by makerslovers.com or the owner of copyright
to you. The owner of the copyright retains all applicable
rights to patent for your invention which is developed by
consulting the source codes in the IOT Plug-in. MakersLovers.com in
no way warrants performance, results or other contents
arising out of or in connection with IOT Plug-in, nor
warrants to provide the solution of the problem.

3. Limited Warranty
On no event will makerslovers.com team be liable to you or third-party for any
damages arising out of the use (proper or improper) or inability to use IOT Plug-in.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty
On no event will makerslovers.com be liable to you or third-party for any
damages arising out of the use or inability to use the IOT PlugIn.
