I am running 1.7.2, and this plugin will be a huge part of my site. If your like me, and are on other sites, the one thing I hate is wading through inactive profiles. This takes care of that for me. The plugins from this developer have been nothing but great. Smooth running, and flexible. The support is always polite, and helpful. Ban- will block member access, but the profile will remain on the member page, and member list in the admin panel. Disapprove- This will also block the member access.Member profile will remain on the member page. The member will no longer show in the admin member list until you do a search for them; then they will be listed as disapproved. You can choose to approve them again from there. Delete- Completely removes the profile from the site. I use the "Reminder Notification" plugin [set at 30 days] to alert inactive members of pending deletion in 90 days by the "Auto User Purge" plugin, This is working very well to clean up my site.

Nice plugin, works as described. It does not take action right away after you install, it is built to run 1x in 24 hours so just be patient it will run and it works great. There are a few options that could be added to this but im sure that will come in time. Nice job on the plugin.. :)
