works without any drastic errors, however it seems to conflict with loading comments after posting on dashboard newsfeed, you can't hide the title from the newsfeed widget without hiding this plug ins controls aswell, and my autocomplete isnt working even with other plug in installed. This plug in definitely needs an update. Still waiting on reply from developer.
This is an important feature which should be core to Oxwall, in my opinion. It works as it should and you can also use the autocomplete plugin to give it that Facebook feel of tagging friends. I think the only way it would receive five stars in my book would be if it worked in the forum, and possibly incorporated privacy options when it comes to who can tag them (friends or everyone). It would also be important because Oxwall doesn't have a native ignore feature, and there's no plugin for one, so I can see how harassment can become a thing with @tagging. Everything else seems to work as intended, and awesomely. Even if the plugin doesn't incorporate either of the two features above, it's still a great one. There is a bug, however, where the @tag notification takes you to the person's profile that mentioned you rather than the newsfeed item, photo, etc. Hopefully this will be addressed in the future.
This will work but conflicts with many third-party plug-ins apart from the reason behind it. This conflict will happen either after their plug-in is updated or someone elses plug-in is updated so often you'll get stuck choosing this or another plug-in of yours.
Its a good plugin, and has some great features! The main issue have is that the notifications are really buggy. If you tag someone more than once then only the last notification works and all previous tag notifications vanish. A shame as notifications are the key element of tagging! I've tested this with 7.0 and 7.01 and same on both. Hopefully an update will come!
