All goods being sold in the Oxwall Software Store for fee must be released under the Oxwall Store Commercial License.
OSCL - The Oxwall Store Commercial License.
The Store - The Oxwall Software Store.
The User - An individual or an organization purchasing goods in The Store and thus being bound by the agreement to comply with OSCL.
The Vendor - An individual or an organization selling goods in The Store and thus being bound by the agreement to comply with OSCL.
The Goods - Pieces of software, artwork, design themes, and other digital items being sold in The Store.
This commercial software is intended to be used with Oxwall Free Community Software on one domain/website. To use this piece of software on additional websites/domains The User needs to purchase additional licenses.
The Vendor is allowed to submit The Goods compliant with Oxwall Store Terms of Use, pt. 3 “Acceptable Goods”.
4.1. All parties must comply with Oxwall Store Terms of Use, pt. 4 “Parties Responsibilities”. OSCL also adds the following clause:
4.2. The User can not disclose sensitive information about The Goods purchased in The Store including but not limited to source code, license keys and documentation of the Goods licensed under OSCL.
4.3. Oxwall Foundation reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to accounts of users known to violate The Terms.
The Vendor reserves the right to revoke a purchased Goods license if it has come to their attention that The User fails to comply with clause 4.3.
