Which widget did you try to edit?
Try to reproduce the error once more. Once you get it, check error log on your server, latest one should be related to this 500 error.

Also enable DEBUG mode just in case and try to set the widget again. Let me know the results.

1. Go to admin panel>>langage>>open any page within "Edit Language" tab>>click "Save". This will regenerate language cache.
After doing that check whether issues with missing lang. keys for Cron Notice and tags disappear.

2. If the issue remains, use yoursitename.com/admin/dev-tools/languages  URL to search phrases by keys. Don't forget to check "in keys" checkbox:
