Some Users are clever enough to use any kind of file ,rename it to .jpeg and upload it to the system and cheat the system.I set it Picture required and now some users do this way.Any fixes?

Joseph, are you referring to "Photo" plugin? or "Upload Avatar" feature.
I renamed my test.doc file into test.jpg and uploaded it as avatar>>resulted in default avatar image.
Uploaded the same file as "photo" using "photo" plugin>>resulted in "incorrect file format" notice.
Let me know where exactly are you are facing your issue and what kind of files are being renamed to be .jpeg.
