i am new here

i did a lot of study about oxwall core and plugins .i am thinking to be a developer , and i am about to start my first plugin .

but before i start i have few questions in my mind,

1. may i take help of any plugin which is already i have by oxwall?

2.in case if i make them for my personal uses, is it necessary that if i make a plugin and i have to post in market ?

rest question depends on these question..
