I have the same problem, talking to my hosting company they say its an Oxwall problem. My FTP details are correct and they tested it for me and I and they can FTP my site just fine.
They only support secure FTP on post 22
Can you support this?

And why do you never reply to pm and emails that you request we send you?
You know you have a masive problem with the FTP, but you dont want to fix it.

I check PMs twice a week. I have replied to yours.
I have passed your questions regarding FTP to developers and have edited your post's title to say [On Hold], since this way I can easily see which forum topics are being checked by development team and if needed to remind them that they are pending.
