Hi,

I'm having troubles with charsets with search widget (different behaviour in my test and productio servers...)

In my production server portuguese characters are not correctly displayed and I can't tell the diference between server configurations.

Both databases have utf8_general_ci encoding...

I'm uploading 2 images to illustrate my problem...Can you provide me any clue about this issue? Thanks in advance

Aron, thanks for all your help...problem was solved adding to .htaccess

<FilesMatch "\.(htm|html|xhtml|xml|css|js|php)$"> AddDefaultCharset utf-8</FilesMatch>

Now everything is ok..this was not a top search plugin related issue...thank you for pointing me the path to solve this...
