I'm looking for some advice on expanding my candy and sugar business, Davis Saroni. We’ve seen steady growth over the past year, but I’m considering scaling up production and diversifying our product line. What strategies have worked for you in scaling a candy business? 

Are there specific markets or distribution channels that have proven successful? Additionally, any tips on maintaining product quality while increasing output would be greatly appreciated.
