all the headers for my website, including the plugins and main menu, all the text has a white shadow that I cannot seem to get rid of...?

Ryley, seems like a theme issue.
If you are using one of the themes developed by Oxwall Software, let me know which theme is this and your platforms' version.

If this is not our theme, you will need to contact theme's developer.
