Is there a FREE plugin anywhere on the internet that has the verified user plugin for oxwall, or can someone make it? If so, PLEASE MAKE THE PLUGIN FREE. Thanks :)

You could create a new role and add a badge to that role that read verified. Then when a member verify their profile you could manually change their role to veried and even set more or less user permisions as a way to encourage members to verify their account.
Also if your site has paid membership the plugin changes a users role automaticly without the admin having to work to hard.
Just an idea.
