not doing cronjob settings, need your advices | Forum

hi my host provider dont allow me to enable my cronjob issue for certain reasons, i cant move my site because i have different sites in that host provider

anyway..
i must launch my site without doing this adjustment, cronjob setting

i know that ill face some problems..i will desactivate chat plugin, and can't use mass mailing and, i won't be able to activate email confirmation for registration,

do you have any advice for this kind of usage or is there any danger that i sould be warned about ?

Its time change hosts, tell them goodbye and get real host that cares about your business.

Here is a cheap option before you move your site. https://www.setcronjob.com Prices start at 0-20 a yr. Just another option to look into.

ah. To be frank, without having cron, an oxwall site is dummy

Any professional hosts supports cron. So as Dave mentioned, its time to change your host, atleast for your oxwall site.
