when a user i uploading a photo as profile picture which is greater then 2 mb it is showing error please anyone give me a solution to solve this problem

is your max file upload size set at 2mb if it is this is what will cause the error, either your members will have to ensure their images are under 2mb or increase the file size in your admin area

there are two things, max upload size and max post size, try adjusting your max post size in your php ini or your htaccess file.
Also check to make sure of the allowed amount by checking your phpinfo listing.

Asif, you will need to contact your server with this error. Seems like a temporary issue.
