when i am uploading pictures greater than 1 mb my website become white and stop working i have increased the maximum upload size to 8mb then also showing it is showing the same problem.

i recently have transfered my website from then i am facing this problem please advice me how to solve this problem

Asif, check your server's error log. Does it contain anything related to photo upload?

I dont recall ever seeing error page numbers in consecutive order like that, example (400-401-402-403 and so on) really strange. Im not 100% but im thinking you have some server issues that you may need to contact you host about. Especially with regard to your cPANEL login url. I have just never seen this before.

ok where did you increase the max upload size, in which file htaccess or php ini, and did you confirm that it is showing the new value available?

yes it is showing i have changed it on php ini

only for avartar the problem exits no problem in uploading photos

ok try changing your debug mode to true and see what errors you get on the page. Typically a white page means there is some kind of failure happening with php.

Did you change anything recently, add any code, add any plugins, anything at all.

Also make sure your

ow_pluginfiles/base has write permissions

and also

ow_pluginfiles/base/avatar has write permission.

on debug mode there is no error moreover ow_pluginfiles/base has write permissions and also
