No css or theme | Forum

John May 30 '13
I upgraded to 1.53 using the manual update.

After upgrading I have no css and no theme.
The theme files exist and are the correct versions.
I uploaded a theme.
It did not appear in the choose theme area.

It seems that it doesn't know where the themes are kept.

Any ideas????

I turned debug on and got this message.
Maybe a red herring.

Declaration of GROUPS_CMP_UserGroupsWidget::processSettingList() should be compatible with that of BASE_CLASS_Widget::processSettingList()File:mypath/ow_plugins/groups/components/user_groups_widget.phpLine:139

1. CSS/theme issue- can you check whether you have Origin theme on your server?
2. Error from debug mode.
Thanks for reporting this.
This error is not connected to your theme/css issue and is not critical. Our developers will fix this in one of the upcoming builds. Meanwhile you can just disable DEV and Debug modes.

Installed one week ago, I also have no CSS or themes at fordharris.net.  Has looked like 'plain' html from the start.  Does not list or allow selection of themes, likewise plugins.

The themes are present on the server, just neither in effect nor available to select.  Need an assist with this.
