Which plugins are you using? May be one of them is taking to much of your server resources.
Are you getting closer to your server limits in terms of memory and space?

Something blocking me - if i uploading 200 photos - site going down up to 20 minutes and after that i cant view site .. it dont work... after 20 minutes site working as usual
