Allan, 

Please, uninstall the FBconnect plugin, and install it again. Make sure you have the latest version of the plugin. 

After you install the plugin and will have logged in as an admin, there will be a message that the plugin must be configured, please follow the instructions you get after clicking on that message.

Thanks for the prompt reply. This is what I have done

(1) Login as admin and remove FB Connect

(2) Download it directly from the OW Store and reinstall

(3) Re-enter the same app id and secret id;

(4) Use FireFoxand clear all cache on FireFox;
     I click on "Sign Up", now I see the FB Connect button; (Thanks for that)
(5) I click on "Sign In" and then "F Connect" button
     (Please be reminded in FF, I was sign in in Facebook);

(6) OW pops up a Facebook Login screen.
     I entered the Facebook account that create the API

     I successfully logged into the OW:

(7) I logout and cleared all cache and try again on different user;

(8) After I entered the FB id user2@example.com and password,
     OW stayed on the login screen

(9) I open another FF tab and go to the FB, it is already logged
     in to the user2@example.com
(10) I close the OW login Pop up screen, click on the Sign In link;

(11) Click on the "F Connect" button again, I have an empty 

       popup screen.

(12) repeat the testing on other browse like Chrome and IE10,

      same

There's probably something wrong from your side, we've just tested the plugin everything works. 

Is there any area that you can suggest I should look into?

I have a similar issue with the Facebook Connect, My issue is that When I try to connect with Facebook login I get the following error:
403 Forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied! Powered By LiteSpeed Web Server
LiteSpeed Technologies is not responsible for administration and contents of this web site!

There's something wrong on your server. Please, contact the support of your hosting provider to check server configuration and settings.

We use the FB styles and settings for the FB Connect plugin, however FB keeps changing their styles constantly. Could you, please uninstall and install the plugin once again. If the error keeps occuring, enable dev and debug modes to find out the reasons of the issue. 

403 error occurs when a rule is violated mod_security on the server to temporarily disable this module, add the file. htaccess folder in the site are these two lines when you have finished you can remove and thus reactivates and security module:


SecFilterEngine Off
SecFilterScanPOST Off
