I also am interested in the paypal and credit or membershp plugin, but what i see in support is 8 days no answer and 2 days no answers. Honestly on my $5.00 plugins that i have i get a reply within 3-8 hours always.
Maybe this is just a bad week for you that is why i am asking what can i call as normal turn around, 1 day ? I will tell you that if i pay $40 for plugins i think it deserves much faster time than 2 days - 8 days.
Please advise, do you have people watching this support area?
