Error with Cron - Birthday Greetz | Forum

One of my test profiles does not receive the email. Log file shows this error message:

Uninstall the plugin and reinstall it. That will clear up up the error.

I uninstalled it, deleted it, and reinstalled it. Still did not receive the birthday message. I do have the Oxwall cron running every minute, and it sends out emails successfully, but not the Birthday Greetz.

Are the dates falling on the current date to get the greetings email?

Yes, the date is correct on the server. Once I configured the Birthday Greetz, I setup a profile with a birthday for 2 days later. Two days later I don't get the email.

Are you sure, you check your email spam? Also are you sure your cron and emails are running?
