Hey all! I’ve never been snorkeling before, and I’m heading to Cabo soon. I’ve heard that the waters there are beautiful, but I’m a bit nervous about trying it for the first time. Can anyone tell me what to expect on a snorkeling tour, especially for beginners? I’m looking for something low-key but still with a lot of marine life to see. Thanks for any insights!

Hello there! They say a bit of nervousness is pretty normal before an initial snorkeling experience, but it really can do wonders and be much easier than anyone ever thought possible! If you are a beginner tour seeker, I suggest you go for LA GRINGA CABO. I availed of their snorkeling trip as a beginner, and that's one of the greatest moments in my life. These tours are very chill. The waters, as mentioned before, are calm and very clear, making it easy for newbies to really get a feel of being out there. They have a really good crew who are really nice, and they give a very detailed explanation to the whole experience each step of the way, making a person feel relaxed at the very beginning. The marine life you encounter will blow your mind because you will go to places that are very beautiful yet easy to access, as well as not too much too challenging. All the equipment is provided, and along the way, they'll give you helpful tips.

I’m also new to snorkeling and was wondering about the experience. It’s great to hear that the staff is supportive and that the waters are calm. Thanks for the recommendation!
