Hi! My team and I are thinking about expanding our business internationally, but we are facing a challenge: how to properly organize the hiring of employees abroad? We need  solution that will simplify the process of compliance with local laws, taxes, and payments. Does anyone have experience with such tasks? What are the approaches to avoid these difficulties, especially if the company does not have  representative office in other countries?

I wonder if a PEO can be used for  wide variety of businesses, or is it more suited to larger companies? We are  small business, and I am worried that it will be too expensive.
