Hi,

For test this plugin i have try to myself and i have a problem ( i'm not alone lot of members got the same problem )

I can't delete the message of report when i send it to myself ( it's just for test if all work ) but if other members send me a report message i can delete the message without problem.

I have try disable plugin for delete my message in my mailbox but nothing happened.

I have try delete this message on my database but nothing happened ...

Can you help me ?

thanks for your message.

Yes, that's right but it isn't depending from our plugin. This is an error in mailbox plugin, so please let it know to Oxwall Development team.
Normally, by deleting the messages via database they should be removed.

Hello Abbey,

this in an error with Mailbox plugin. Normally, by deleting the messages via database they should be removed from your site.

I cant delete either, I can delete any other mail but not reports

I did however, It still shows a blue 1 beside my mailbox without a new message. My report no longer shows up however the 1 new mail keeps showing.

it seems there is an error in mailbox plugin as we already described. We sent a request to Oxwall team and we're waiting for an answer from them.

Hi, how can i delete the mailbox message in the database? i have the same probleme like the other users and can´t delete the abuse report in my mailbox....

please contact your hosting provider regarding the database access. They might give you some link to the database administration.
