what if I don't want to do them? And also the Admin line, it doesn't tell anything... it is probably from a plugin I have installed... I think there should be a way to remove these annoying notifications

If you dont want to do them, then uninstall the plugin. And you can probably bet that Oxwall wont work correctly if you dont set up your cron. If you have no plans to set up your cron, my suggestion to save yourself the future issues is to uninstall Oxwall and walk away.
We want to keep you as a user and will help you however we can, but what you are asking to do and what you are unwilling to do is part of the foundation of this software, and if you are unwilling to even set up your cron job then well maybe another software will be better for you..
