I was just thinking of creating a new theme for Oxwall. I would like  to welcome new ideas about how the users of Oxwall would like to have a theme.

Moreover, I would like to develop a new theme and I want to make that a horizontall scroll rather than the vertical scroll. Any more suggestions are also welcome and any tips will highly be greeted!
