Hi Dear Admins,
Mass mailing and email notifications are not sent from our website, just email during registration and forgotten password emails are sent. Please help.

As you can see in the attached picture I've check them all,
But the problem still exists.

Do you use Cron or SMTP?

Cron Yes, but not SMTP.
I did Cron job settings as explained in this link, in the Cpanel

hi dear ross,
Thank you for the helpful tips.
finally I fixed it :))))))
I had a big problem with notification plugin and it lost from site and admin area shown this message: "The source code of 'Activity notifications' plugin was updated. Need to update plugin DB."
then I found data base (ow_base_plugin) in cPanel and deleted the row "activity notifications" and install it again in admin area.
