The emails that the network sends are in English.

Can i change to language to other one installed on the network? How?

Sure, you have to translate it manually here: www.yourdomain.com/admin/languages. Just find an e-mail you want to translate

I Did it but it eeps sending Emails in English

The site has two languages, portuguese and english.
