I have a new install and now I am trying to install a new plugin via the add plugin application. After entering ftp details it just refreshes after entering. Help please. The server is up to scratch

Yes I have been doing that, no joy and I cannot find a reason why. The same ftp user as setup.

is this the only form of support there is. I have been using Joomla for years, now trying this. I like it a lot already bought plugins and will buy more. If cannot get it to work then I will have to move on by
