I can't use the ftp on the websie i put the right username host password and port I already talk to support and gave them all my info even my goddady username and password it's been month and still no result

Jean, we used to have several people who faced the same issue and they all used GoDaddy. And so we checked it,
We were not able to even connect and send login and pass to the server. We suspect that there is some kind of firewall installed on the server or another settings that blocks the connection via localhost. Can you check with GoDaddy?
