I just a few issues/questions and wonder if anyone can help out here? Thanks for your time!

I have some people who try to join my website www.pokemaniacs.net however, they have a spam alert. Is there any way to get around the spam alert and have a safe list? I can not seem to find a way. 

Is there any way to have on forum read only (as in people can go in and look but normal users can not post in that forum section). Like an announcements forum that I don't want people posting in.

Also does anyone know of any addons or any way to show the amount of posts a user has made? Or ranks/heirarchy normal users can get with the amount of posts they make? (as its like that in most forums). If you do know of something, would be AWESOME <3
