Does your server has GD image library installed? Check with your host and if not ask them to install/enable it for you.

Ok, in this case, look PHP error log file and search for something like "GD"

This file is in your cpanel, if you can't locate it, please, contact your hosting provider.

This file is in your cpanel, if you can't locate it, please, contact your hosting provider, and look whether error log contains anything related to the GD library

i have contact them and they said GD library is installe dand enabled
