i want to transfer the project database to another server. I changed the parameters in the configuration but when i acess the page i see the install page. But if i install i will loose the backup. What can i do?

I just moved the dataBase...

i think all the parameters are right filled

Ihave done what the tutorial said but now i've got this error :

Error 500
Internal Server Error.
