What changes are you trying to do with forum?

the error is displayed when you want to modify the information that is already in a forum

Can you please provide us with the screenshot of the place where you're modifying the information, so we could reproduce the issue?

the error is to edit the theme to this forum as shown in the first image and then showed me the following screen

Seems like the problem related to that plugin: sharethissocial, can you, please, uninstall it and try to edit the forum info.
