Is it possible not to have any other sign up method other than Facebook? I feel that I would receive genuine accounts on my site & nobody creating sites to spam it as I have had on other platforms (not Oxwall, I admit, as my site isn't open for registration yet).

Mark, possible. You will just need to remove "sign-up" functionality within the .html and .php code.
