I am editing the login page since it's kind of boring and I'm a bit confused about how to add one line to the existing languages file.
The bit I'm editing is to add text to the bottom portion of the login form.
My code to add the text inside of system_plugins\base\views\components\sign_in.html:

<p>{text key='admin+langtest'}</p>
</div>
I've added the class in my base.css for my theme. I searched around the database to add a test line of "test".
In the database (ow_base_language_key):
insert id=17051, prefix=1, key=Testing This
in database ow_base_language_value:
insert id=17051, prefix=1, key=langtest
Now, when I go to my site and look under "Languages", I'm able to see that I have the original value and the translation.
When i refresh my login page, I see "admin+langtest".
How do I add this translation to the login page? I'll provide screenshots if requested.
