1. no professional codes
2. most of his items have tons of error like type 404 and invalid CSS properties ,which are responsible for a "slow" website , if you say him to fix it he will say

lets say we will fix it by yourself but

he will remove items from your purchased item list

but we should have a right to keep a record of a product for which we paid.
