also, you can try this manual: http://docs.oxwall.org/install:cron, if none of those command work, you can contact support of your hosting provider and ask for the right command to use.

If your hosting provider doesn't provide cron job, you may use easycron.com. It allows setting cron job that run every 10 minutes for free.
