If you are talking about the Mailbox Inbox list - it requires the custom code modification. If you are talking about the Mailbox console button - there is no need to refresh the page, the value for this button changes automatically. The system checks for the new messages every 30 seconds and if there is new message, it updates the number value.

When you are in a conversation in the Inbox. I am looking for it to auto load the messages just like the chat.

Are you sure about that Daisy? How does this happen ? Or where does the system look for this new message?
I have injected a message directly to database (all relevant tables) but system ignores it... It is not show automatically.

Michael, what version of the software are you using? This solution was provided for versions up to 1.6.0. The mailbox page was static in the past, but it was completely redesigned and now there is no need to refresh the page automatically since the messages appear per ping the system sends every 5 seconds.

Hello. Is there a way to do the opposite - increase refeesh interval from 5 seconds to 10?
