Does anyone know what book is good for me if I want to learn html, css, and java script from a book? So I will have more knowledge on web design to run my site.

It would be more practical, I believe, to start a CSS, Java etc course somewhere online. There's an infinite number of programming courses to choose from, dedicated for students and enthusiasts like you. Some of them are rather cheap, while other free. Still I recommend LinkedIn Learning in addition to AssignmentCore for the purpose to get Java assignment help. It's always nice to have somebody ready to help you, especially it's true in case with programming studies.
