Someone help, I have successfully installed Oxwall theme, however the theme is not showing and the system is displaying without CSS. Is it because I have installed in an IP, do I need a domain name for the system to resolve correctly with the theme? (see the attached image [Capture.JPG]

HAve you given necessary 0777 permissions to ow_static and ow_pluginfiles and its sub-foders?
