Hi,
When i enter in admin panel, it's show me a message error.
''Oxwall nu se poate conecta la serverul de actualizări. Se pare că trebuie autorizezi `url_fopen` în setările php-ului.''

Anybody can tell me whan and where to enable the `url_fopen`?

I have the site on a host, but i can modify the data base my self.

Ultras, you just need to enable url_fopen on your server.

You can ask your host to do this for you.
OR do this yourself if you have access to php.ini.
I recommend contacting your host.

Ultras,

1. Find out where php.ini file is located on your server
2. Within the php.ini set : allow_url_fopen = On
