Currently I am trying to add a description to the "User Photo" fild in the /join. Can anybody please tell me where I have to add that?

I dont think there is a way to add a description to your avatar right now. You would either have to do a custom mod or you might send an email to the developer of this plugin
http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/682 and ask them if this will allow that.
You also can edit the photo and put the description right on the photo itself and it will show as part of the avatar. Of course this is better with just one photo, it would be hard to do many like this.

All I needed was to add a description to the right field "question_user_photo_description". Found it in the database at ow_base_language_value key 2872. Maybe in the next release you want to add some text there.
