in your admin panel under settings you will find the lang area, if you are talking about in the files themselves, it is a lang file that is compressed but you should not have to edit it there.

well the language pack on the forum here doesnt upload and gives me an invalid file problem

check your permissions, there are several folders that need to be 777. Didnt you add the forum when you first installed oxwall
