I think it's because Android doesn't support Flash in a proper way and prefers HMTL5 as IOS does. Am I right?

TinyChat is a nice plugin indeed, but it won't work with Android OS and I guess the same goes for IOS.

Gimme Sex, you are right. TinyChat will not work on iOS as well.
Oxwall at this stage doesn't support mobile browsing yet.
In addition this plugin is just an integration of a third party product ( tinychat.com) and we on our end can't do much with their code.
