I posed these questions to them:
"You can not upload movies in ClipBucket, VidiScript or CumulusClips. Why does not it? Is it wrong for all scipts then or?
But all video software via Softaculous does not work and can not upload any movies, so that is the meaning of the scripts. Testing all videoscrpt, but it did not work So then it must be a limitation on the server! Well, none of the video script I tried to install from the control panel, it did not upload any videos!

But can not upload my videos to the network via a plugin I bought! "My File Manager" plugin
You can upload photos for example, but not movies!
No matter what kind of script I tried to install the control panel, so it did not upload videos! Then it can not possibly be a third party issue but one server problem. Otherwise, it's a lot of mistakes on their scripts!

The following response I received back from them:
Unfortunately our servers do not support VidiScript as it requires MEncoder and FFMPEG which are not supported here. ClipBucket is not supported on our servers as it requires ffmpeg (which is not supported).

What do I do with this problem? Have I wasted my money on one plug? "My File Manager" or can I convert the movie into a different format, before I upload it? and what does "ffmpeg" and what can I do to solve the problem?
