Not sure what happened, but my join page is now blank. Anyone know why this would happen? There is no sign up questions, nothing, just the theme and at the top "Join Our Community" and where all the forms and questions were, they're all gone now.
What would cause this?

I deactivated the "hide external links" plugin, and now my join page is fine.
